Northern States
Regional State Pageant Registration

Do you want the opportunity to compete for a Miss Ultimate USA State title for 2025? 
If you are age 4-27 as of July 1, 2025, and reside in a state listed below this is your opportunity to attend the Miss Ultimate USA Northern States Regional Pageant event!

Eligible states include: Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. 

The Miss Ultimate USA Northern States Regional Pageant is August 16-18, 2024, and will be held at the Owens Community College Center for Fine and Performing Arts Theater in Perrysburg, Ohio. If you win a 2025 Miss Ultimate USA State title it requires a commitment to attend the National Finals in Orlando, Florida July 15-19, 2025. Please note the registration fee once paid is non-refundable. 

This same weekend the Miss Northern States Regional Finals occurs on August 17, 2024, to crown the MNS Queens Court for 2024-2025. Miss Northern States is open to all ages and all states. You can participate in both pageant events for a discounted price.

Required Regional State Pageant Fees:

The Miss Ultimate USA Northern States Regional State Pageant full registration fee for required events is $195. Registration closes on August 3, 2024. Please note all fees once paid are non-refundable.

You can register for both the Miss Ultimate USA Northern States Regional State Pageant (ages 4-27 as of 7/1/25) and the Miss Northern States Regional Finals (open to all ages). The early bird registration for both pageants is $399 and ends on 5/1/24. After this date the Miss Northern States Registration is $399 and Miss Ultimate USA $195. There is not a non-compete clause for these events, so it is possible for a contestant to get crowned at both pageants. If you win the Miss Ultimate USA state title, you are making the commitment to attend the National Finals in Orlando July 15-19, 2025.

 

Optional events may be entered separately with an email notification to missnorthernstatespageant@gmail.com along with the optional events you want to enter. Miss Northern States will complete the optional registration and an invoice will be emailed to you.

As the parent/guardian completing this form for their child that is under the age of 18 or as the Miss Northern States/Miss Ultimate USA Contestant, I confirm I am a citizen of the United States, meet the age requirements, is a natural born female, and is in good moral standing.  Your participation in an event at Miss Northern States or Miss Ultimate USA indicates you agree and will abide by the rules and regulations set forth by Miss Northern States/Miss Ultimate USA. I understand that all monies paid are non-refundable.  Contestants and their parents/guardians will not sue and hereby release, forever discharge Miss Northern States LLC, Miss Ultimate USA, owner, directors, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims and demands arising from damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, loss or injury resulting in participation in an information session, event, or pageant.  Miss Northern States LLC reserves the right to change the date, location, and competition details of an event or pageant if minimum participation numbers are not met or an unforeseen situation occurs.  I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth in this agreement.
